Refund policy

Returns

We do not accept returns once a purchase has been completed, except in cases where the item is received damaged or defective.

  • Any damaged or defective item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear proof (photos/videos) must be provided.
  • Items must remain in their original condition and packaging.

If approved, the item will be replaced or exchanged at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are allowed within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Exchanges are only accepted for items of equal value (no refunds or price differences).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

Non-Eligible Items

We reserve the right to refuse any request if:

  • The item shows signs of use.
  • The item is damaged due to misuse.
  • The request is made after the allowed period.
